We ship to any Indian address as well as provide International Shipping almost all over the world.
Free shipping in India except for Andaman & Nicobar Islands, is a temporary promotion exclusively for online customers and should not be considered permanent. Customers purchasing from our offline store will be responsible for any shipping charges if they choose to use our shipping services.
For international shipping, shipping charges will depends on the dimension of the box or weight which ever is higher and the current price per KG to that particular country/city. It can only be determined once the order is placed or we can give an estimate amount when asked.
Kindly note, both our online and offline store have different rules for shipping and delivery services.
Domestic Shipping:
Tirupati Courier, Shree Maruti Courier, Indian Post are trusted services, we send most of our courier through them in India.
International Shipping:
DHL, FedEx are our international shipping trusted services. We send shipment via them to major countries like USA, CANADA, UK, GERMANY, UAE, AUSTRALIA & More.
For other Countries we look for the courier services which are providing better service during that time.
IIf you have a preference for a particular courier service, please contact us at +91 7678807678 with your invoice number within 24 hours of placing your order. Any applicable extra charges will be brought to your notice for confirmation. Otherwise, we will send the parcel using above mentioned reliable courier service.

Returns and Refunds:
Please note that any return or refund is only valid for products with manufacturing defects. You must bring such defects to our notice within 24 hours of receiving your product.
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a credit voucher code for future purchases. After this period, the product will be delivered within the given timeframe.
If an order is cancelled after delivery due to a manufacturing defect, the originally ordered product will be exchanged once we have received the previously delivered product back.
In the event that we fail to meet the product dispatch timeline, the customer can request a refund. Refunds will be processed as a credit to their Credit Card, Net Banking, or Debit Card account within 7-10 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, the processing of returns may be slightly delayed.
Products purchased during or on sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time will we issue refunds exceeding the product's value.
If you have purchased from our physical store, the rules written on your bill and displayed within the store are final. There are no exchanges or returns for items sold in-store, and the online policy will not apply to offline purchases under any circumstances.
